add the settings below to \IBM\Lotus\Notes\Data\workspace\.config\rcpinstall.properties:
com.ibm.csi.level=FINEST
com.ibm.csi.notes.level=FINEST
com.ibm.rcp.csiviews.level=FINE

The will output got to \data\workspace\logs
